As a founding member of the Denver chapter of Blacks In Technology, I led its vision, outreach, and educational initiatives, helping the organization grow from 4 to over 250+ active members. My work focused on empowering and connecting Black professionals through impactful programs and events. The Blacks In Technology (BIT) Foundation is “Stomping the Divide” by establishing a blueprint of world-class technical excellence and innovation by providing resources, guidance, networking, and opportunities for members to share their expertise and advance their careers.

**Practical Network Penetration Tester (PNPT):**
"Currently pursuing the PNPT certification, a hands-on alternative to the OSCP, which assesses an individual's ability to conduct
real-world network penetration tests, including both internal and external networks. This program emphasizes Active Directory exploitation,
reconnaissance, lateral movement, privilege escalation, and professional report writing—essential skills for effective penetration testing."
Currently in progress, Expected completion date January 2025.
I started my CTF journey with The Cyber Sentinel Challenge, hosted by the U.S. Department of Defense.
Focused on OSINT, web app pentesting, and reverse engineering, I placed in the top 16th percentile, gaining a strong foundation in real-world problem-solving.
Since then, I’ve competed in MetaCTF’s monthly challenges, where I’ve identified patterns, honed my skills, and deepened my understanding of vulnerabilities.
These experiences have been key in my growth as a junior pentester.
